Being a fivefold leader is not about the limelight, followers, and attention. Most leaders who are called by God have to undergo years of grueling training to be able to have the character to stand effectively against spiritual warfare on the frontlines. Being a leader can be a lonely place because of relationship attacks and unrealistic expectations. Leaders must be careful with whom they share their hearts and weaknesses. We offer a safe place for leaders to be loved, replenished, prayed for, encouraged, and supported for who they are. Leaders need to have a safe confidential place to confess their faults one to another and have periodic healing and deliverance, accountability, and genuine loving friendship.
