Dear sister Sheila, I don’t quite understand what you write about someone saying you were not anointed…so I’m SO glad that the Holy Spirit ministered to you through this message! According to the bible Lord Jesus gave us the Gift of the Holy Spirit (John 14:16) Christians are now anointed by the Holy Spirit (1 John 2:20). Another word for anointed is “chosen.” The bible says that God has chosen us, to love, have relationship with and with purpose to name just a few things! 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 says And it is God who establishes us with you in Christ, and has anointed us, and who has also put his seal on us and given us his Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.
